Guests were greeted by the Thornewood Castle lions all decked out with lush greenery garlands
We have Deanna to thank for opening the most beautiful and romantic wedding venue in the Northwest – what a huge task it was and what a beautiful legacy she left
A beautiful tall centerpiece of Gladiolias (Deanna’s favorite!) Snapdragons & roses with dangling crystals decorated the front entrance
Floral arrangements in teapots & teacups for the queen of all things tea!
Photos of Deanna’s life were grouped together in gold frames, leading guests around to explore various vignettes
More photos displayed on vellum candle cylinders for a romantic vintage glow
Sparkling crystals were hidden inside all floral arrangements for a touch of whimsy & surprise
The doors were opened to Deanna’s private sanctuary, where more of her beautiful collections were on display, accented by her favorite flowers in her signature rich red palette
Photo confetti POSH created by printing cherished photos in gold frame clipart
Deanna’s admirers were so many and varied that the memorial service had to be conducted in shifts – 6 presentations over 2 full days – and every video showing was standing room only!
Yes, that really is a photo of Deanna with Johnny Cash – Her family gathered photos commemorating her life from beginning to end, and POSH created custom vellum candles for a romantic glow
Deanna was an avid collector of perfume bottles, beautiful purses & accessories, and all things pretty. So we created little glimpses into her personality on golden trays scattered around on the various antique sideboards

I returned to take down and toss all the flowers from the stair railing – and they were all still beautifully fresh! So made them up into bedside arrangements for the patients of Life Care Center of Federal Way.
The nurses were so excited to distribute all the flowers!
I left a big bouquet and Deanna’s photos at the front, so they would all know “She believed she could, so she did!”
